To transform scheduling from mundane to playful for Gen Z, we designed Alice, an AI calendar app with gradients (peach to holographic blue), a friendly mascot, and UI interactions like confetti animations. The landing page’s interactive demo drove 5,000+ beta sign-ups in a week and a 40% lower bounce rate, proving productivity tools can be fun.
